• When can I sign up for a reservation?

    • All pool times open exactly 72 hours prior to the available time slot, at the following times: 11am, 1pm, and 4pm.

  • How do I cancel a reservation?

    • If you have a login for this website, ​you can follow this button or scroll to the bottom of this page

    • If you do not have a login please email the aquatics department

  • What are the pool addresses?

    • Choctaw: 120 Choctaw Drive, Pocono Lake, PA 18347

    • Minisink: 72 Minisink Drive, Pocono Lake, PA 18347

    • Island: 133 Island Pool Drive, Pocono Lake, PA 18347

  • Can I reschedule my reservation if I can't make it?

    • No, if you cannot make an appointment it must be cancelled.

  • What do I do if I don't get a confirmation email?

    • Confirmation emails may appear up to ten minute after a reservation has been made.​ Email the aquatics department if the email still does not appear after that time. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MORE RESERVATIONS.

    • Please make sure you are checking your spam mail, check with your email provider to ensure is not being blocked, and due to some firewalls you may need to the email add to your contact list.

  • If I can't make it can I send someone in my place?

    • No, sharing reservations is not allowed. Community members will not have access into the pool without registering.​

  • What do I need to bring?

    • Please bring a mask, wristbands​, and ID card.

  • What if I enter the wrong number of people in my party?

    • Please email the aquatics department and we will cancel the reservation for you. After confirming with the aquatics department you will have to schedule a new reservation.

  • ​​Will walk in's be accepted?

    • Yes, walk in's will be accepted 30 minutes after the time slots if the pool is not at capacity. Slots are not guaranteed and are on a first come first serve bases.​
